Np300 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using np300's services. By registering for or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the np300 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.
These terms apply to all users of the np300 platform, including visitors, registered users, and any individual accessing our content or services through any device or means. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Only individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting activities are legally permitted may use the np300 platform.
Account Creation & Security
- Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any time.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Np300 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through supporting documents.
- Registering with a false identity or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
- Do not share your login credentials with any other party.
- Any activity that occurs on your account is deemed to be your own action.
- Contact the np300 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the np300 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other means to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any technical errors or bugs in the system for unauthorised gain.
- Transferring, selling, or assigning your account to another party without prior written consent from np300.
- Using the platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal activity.
- Disrupting, damaging, or attempting to interfere with the normal operation of the np300 platform or its servers.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and, where applicable, legal action.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the np300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX via internet banking, and direct transfers to designated Malaysian bank accounts.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. np300 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
For withdrawal requests, you must ensure that the registered bank account details are accurate and held in your own name. np300 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum limits per transaction are subject to the selected payment method and your account verification level.
All bonuses and rewards are subject to the specified rollover requirements. Winnings derived from bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Np300 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical delays, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties.
All content on the np300 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interfaces, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of np300 or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or modify any content without prior written authorisation.
The np300 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. np300 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of such third-party services. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Np300 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team.
Any remaining balance in an account terminated due to a breach of terms may be forfeited, subject to the circumstances and a case-by-case assessment by np300 management.
Changes to These Terms
Np300 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
